We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. This includes descriptions, facilities, photos, availability information, rates and location details.
Small differences may appear due to maintenance, seasonal changes, improvements, weather, availability of services or updates made to the property.
3. Availability requests
Submitting an availability request through the website does not automatically confirm a booking.
A booking is confirmed only after Tower Villas sends written confirmation and, where required, receives the agreed deposit or payment.
4. Rates and payment
Rates are quoted in Euros.
Rates may vary depending on the villa, period, length of stay, number of guests and booking conditions.
The final rate and payment terms will be confirmed in writing before the booking is completed.
5. Guest capacity
Each villa has a maximum guest capacity. The number of guests must not exceed the number agreed at the time of booking.
Visitors who are not included in the booking are allowed only with prior approval from Tower Villas.
6. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible only by prior agreement and depends on availability.
7. Guest responsibilities
Guests are expected to use the villa, furniture, appliances, pool, garden and outdoor areas with care.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their children, visitors or members of their group during the stay.
8. House rules
Guests must respect the House Rules, including rules about quiet hours, smoking, pets, parties, pool use, waste disposal and maximum occupancy.
Tower Villas may refuse or terminate a stay if guests seriously breach the House Rules or cause damage, disturbance or unsafe conditions.
9. Pool and outdoor areas
The private pool and outdoor areas must be used responsibly.
Children must be supervised at all times near the pool, garden, stairs and balconies.
Guests use the pool at their own responsibility and must follow all safety instructions provided by Tower Villas.
10. Third-party services
The website may include links or recommendations for external services, such as restaurants, sailing, diving, windsurfing, transport, Google Maps, Waze or other local activities.
These services are operated by third parties. Tower Villas is not responsible for their availability, prices, safety, quality, schedules or terms.
11. Limitation of liability
Tower Villas is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, power cuts, water supply interruptions, transport delays, strikes, natural events, government restrictions or failures of third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where this would not be allowed by applicable law.
