This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for bookings at Tower Villas.
1. Currency
All prices are quoted in Euros.
2. Accepted payment methods
Tower Villas may accept the following payment methods:
- bank transfer
- card payment, if available
- cash payment, where allowed
- other methods confirmed in writing
Available payment methods will be confirmed before booking.
3. Deposit
A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
The deposit amount and deadline will be confirmed in writing before the booking is completed.
4. Final balance
The remaining balance must be paid according to the booking confirmation.
The villa may not be available for check-in if the agreed payment has not been completed.
5. Taxes and charges
The final booking confirmation will state whether taxes, local charges or any other fees are included or payable separately.
6. Receipts and invoices
Tower Villas will issue payment documentation according to applicable requirements.
Guests should keep payment confirmation and receipts for their records. In Greece, tourism and other businesses are expected to issue written receipts for amounts received, which also helps consumers in case of claims or disputes.
7. Bank charges
Any bank transfer fees, exchange fees or payment processing charges are the responsibility of the guest unless otherwise agreed in writing.
