To make every stay comfortable, safe and respectful, guests are asked to follow these House Rules.
1. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Please respect the check-out time so the villa can be prepared for the next guests.
2. Maximum occupancy
Only the guests included in the booking may stay overnight at the villa.
The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.
3. Quiet hours
Please respect the peaceful character of the property and the surrounding area.
Quiet hours: 23:00 – 08:00
4. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Smoking may be allowed only in outdoor areas, where ashtrays are provided. Cigarette ends must not be thrown in the garden, pool area or surrounding nature.
5. Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval.

6. Parties and events
Parties, loud music, events and gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval from Tower Villas.
7. Pool use
The private pool must be used responsibly.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Running, diving, jumping into the pool, glassware near the pool and unsafe behaviour are not allowed.
8. Barbecue
Guests may use the barbecue responsibly.
The barbecue must not be left unattended while in use. Guests must make sure it is fully extinguished after use.
9. Waste and recycling
Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Do not leave food or rubbish outside, as this may attract insects or animals.
10. Furniture and towels
Indoor furniture must not be moved outside.
Bath towels should not be used at the pool or beach unless specified. Beach towels are provided where included.
11. Damages
Guests must report any damage, breakage or malfunction as soon as possible.
Guests may be charged for damage caused during their stay.
12. Keys
Lost keys or access devices may be charged to the guest.
13. Respect for nature
Please respect the garden, plants, trees and surrounding environment.
Do not light fires outside designated areas.
